Position: Event Marketing & Social Media (NYC Only)

 

Description:

Are you a current college or grad student looking for an exciting internship with a new entertainment company? Well great news! We are now accepting SPRING 2018 interns to help us with our social media, event planning & campus marketing strategies. LiveThe.Biz is a new entertainment company that specializes in online education, industry panels & peer networking for the music business. Interns will be responsible for helping with our panel events in NYC which will feature a panel of industry executives from major record labels & music publishers. Interns will also help in building our social media presence.

 

Intern responsibilities:

Promote our event on your campus using our marketing materials, work at our panel events with greeting guests, helping panelists, & taking photos, complete assignments & tasks for our social media strategy. All interns will receive college credit (if applicable), industry experience, free access to LiveTheBiz events, networking opportunities with music executives, recommendation letter, & possible full time employment. 

 

Intern Requirements :

  • Must be a current student (Undergrad or Grad) located in NYC

  • Active on Facebook, Instagram & YouTube

  • Passion for marketing, promotion, & planning events

  • Be able to communicate via phone conference & email (bi-weekly)

  • Intern at least 1-3 hours a week (online) & at least 4 hours for events (in person).

  • Enthusiasm about the music industry & entertainment in general

  • Intern from January 8th 2018- May 4th 2018.

LiveThe.Biz is a new entertainment company that specializes in online education, industry panels & peer networking for the music business. Interns will be responsible for helping market our events online, grow our social media following & promote our videos from our new YouTube channel!

Intern responsibilities:

Promote our events & YouTube channel through sharing our digital flyers & video trailers, Podcast teasers & educational videos through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Twitter! All interns will receive college credit (if applicable), industry experience, free access to LiveTheBiz events, networking opportunities with music executives, recommendation letter, & possible full time employment. 

 

Intern Requirements :

  • Must be a current student (Undergrad or Grad)

  • This is a remote position so you can be located anywhere in US

  • Active on Facebook, Instagram , Twitter & YouTube

  • Passion for marketing & promoting

  • Be able to communicate via phone conference & email

  • Intern at least 1-3 hours a week (online)

  • Enthusiasm about the music industry & entertainment in general

  • Intern from January 8th 2018- May 4th 2018.
